We have attached your new insurance documents to this email. Please give them a read through and check everything is correct.

Our travel insurance is designed to cover the cost of emergency medical care and repatriation if you injure yourself cycling. It does not, however, provide cover for your bikes if they get damaged or stolen on holiday.

If you need cover for your bikes, we can provide extremely flexible, monthly renewing bicycle insurance policies separately.

Pre Existing Medical Conditions

Our travel policy does not cover pre-existing medical conditions as standard. We offer a confidential, independent medical screening service to provide a topup if you need cover for a pre-existing medical condition. You can contact their helpline on + 44(0)1702 427 237.

Any premium for the additional cover will be paid directly to the screening helpline and not to Pedal Cover.

Once the medical conditions are covered, the helpline will give you a screening reference number. The helpline will send a letter confirming cover, cost, and any requirements. Please keep this safe as it is required in the event of a claim.

If the medical screening service cannot offer a top-up, or you are unhappy with the extra cost quoted, you can cancel your travel insurance with us. We will provide a complete, no-quibble refund within the first 14 days of purchase.
