We’d like to remind you that you must declare your medical history to our underwriters, to ensure you receive the correct cover.

If you do not declare your medical history to us, you may be denied cover at the point of a claim.

Medical Declaration

You answered ‘Yes’ to our question on medical history. You need to contact the underwriters as soon as possible to make your medical declaration, providing details from your booking confirmation, to see if the additional cover is available for your condition(s).

There is no cover for any pre-existing condition, unless you declare it to underwriters.

Your details will be treated in the strictest confidence and the decision will be confirmed to you in writing.

Should the underwriters require any additional premium and you accept their offer, this should be paid to them by debit or credit card within 14 days of your call.
