Unfortunately, due to restrictions imposed by our underwriters, we are unable to offer you renewal terms when your current policy expires on [Expirydate]. From this date, you will no longer be covered for trips under our travel insurance policy.

We cannot provide annual multi-trip travel insurance policies to customers who are over 75 years of age on the renewal date of their policy. We can however provide single-trip policies to customers aged 85 years or under at the start date of the policy.
