Yellow Jersey will handle your claim in-house with our own award-winning claims team. We aim to make the entire process as seamless as possible. The sooner you can provide all of the following items, the sooner we can process your claim.

Please include these as attachments to your email, rather than inserting or embedding into the email. The quality is much clearer, and this can speed up your settlement process.

Information about yourself:

  • A copy of your photo ID (passport or driving licence)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

These need to be two separate documents


Event information:

  • Receipt confirming your entry payment
  • Terms and conditions or other confirmation from the event organiser that entry fees are non-refundable
  • Proof of withdrawal from the event (e.g. an email from the organiser acknowledging your withdrawal)

Reason for withdrawal:

  • The medical report from a medical professional who examined you, advising you to not take part
