What happens next
Your new bike is insured for the next month under our Essentials Bicycle Insurance policy. Your cover includes accidental damage and theft, along with third party liability, legal expenses, and personal accident cover in the UK.
At the end of your free policy, we'll get in touch with an invitation to "renew" your cover. This will give you the opportunity to take out annual cover with a 25% renewal discount, as well as the option to add additional bikes with our 60% multi-bike discount.
We aren't big discounters, and usually only offer our 25% renewal discount to customers who have been with us for a whole year.
Dashboard
You can login to your online dashboard with the email address and password you used activating your free insurance.
