Should there be an issue, for example the customer claiming for something not covered by their policy or any evidence of fraud, please inform Carbon Bike Repair as soon as possible via insurance@carbonbikerepair.co.uk and Yellow Jersey via claims@yellowjersey.co.uk.

Carbon Bike Repair will contact the customer separately to carry out their assessment, and any repairs they deem necessary. They will contact Direct Group once this is complete with settlement instructions. Carbon Bike Repair do not require authorisation before beginning repair work.
