Using one of these approved products helps ensure your bike is properly protected when left unattended away from home, such as at a train station, café, or shop. If you purchased a Diamond-rated Sold Secure lock and your bike was stolen, your excess will be waived if you can prove it was used at the time.
Your new product will be shipped directly from our team via courier and
should arrive within the next 7 working days.
A receipt is attached to this email. Keeping a copy will help us process any future claims more efficiently, should you ever need to make one.
