Thank you for submitting your accident claim form. A copy is attached to this email.

Yellow Jersey will handle your claim in-house with our own award-winning claims team. We aim to make the entire process as seamless as possible. The sooner you can provide all of the following items, the sooner we can process your claim.

Please include these as attachments to your email, rather than inserting or embedding into the email. The quality is much clearer, and this can speed up your settlement process.

Information about yourself:

  • A copy of your photo ID (passport or driving licence)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

These need to be two separate documents


Proof of ownership (original receipts):

  • Receipts for the bike, including any upgraded components
  • Receipts for any accessories or clothing you’re claiming for

To process the claim we will require receipts for the entire bicycle at the time of incident, including undamaged components


Proof of claim:

  • Pictures of the whole bike (including any damage)
  • Pictures of any accessories or clothing you’re claiming for
  • Any Strava or GPS file you have of the ride

Third Party Information:

  • The number plate & insurance details of the third party
  • Any communication with the third party or insurers
  • A drawing showing what happened
  • Any photos from the scene

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Do not undertake any works, instruct any damage reports or purchase any replacement items before our claims team have reviewed your information and provided further instruction. We reserve the right to reject costs for any works undertaken or replacement items purchased before Yellow Jersey’s approval is obtained.

Do not dispose of any items unless instructed by the Clams Team
