Should there be an issue, for example the customer claiming for something not covered by their policy or any evidence of fraud, please inform CBR as soon as possible via insurance@carbonbikerepair.co.uk.

CBR will contact the customer separately to arrange collection of the bike and carry out their assessment. Once complete, CBR will provide Yellow Jersey with their inspection report and request authorisation to carry out the repair work.
